My life has changed mostly for the positive these last several days I got a better job and the hubs changed departments at his work so he's a lot happier too.
I had such a great first day at my new job yesterday that I slept the best I have slept in a very long time last night and woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed didn't hit the snooze button once! I got up at 5:45am did Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickboxing dvd got ready and went to work with a smile on my face <--which is the first time in YEARS!! I even did a 2nd workout (circuit trained) at the gym tonight. Im feeling like a ROCKSTAR!
My life isn't perfect now but it is 100x better.
My eating with my cleanse has been 90-100% clean everyday. Im not going to lie and say everyday I eat perfectly clean because I don't and it's still extremely hard for me to eat clean unlike other people. I have had such bad cravings everyday for Taco Bell, a huge calorie loaded Hot Chocolate, or Large fries from McDonalds. Im on day 6 of the advocare cleans and the scale keeps going up and down 2lbs. I just want to break that mother fucker!
