I FINALLY got over my month long plateau!!! I tried everything to make the scale move. I switched up my workouts, changed my calories up and down I even binged for awhile leading up to the advocare cleanse and still NOTHING! I lost and gained 2lbs that I had been yo-yoing with for a month!
But this week I am finally down all the weight I yo-yo'd on top of 2 additional pounds!!! That's what's up!! I'm now at an 80lbs loss... EIGHTY POUNDS!!!!! that's equivalent to about a 5th grade kid! that's so crazy to think where I am compared to where I was! I think my loss has a lot to do with my job change. I'm less stressed, am still pretty active with work, still workout about the same amount, and am not stress eating much.
I also have to add that this time last year I could barely WALK 2 miles and Monday I RAN 6.55 miles! It was a tough run mentally and I'm still really sore from it but I did it!!! I ran a personally 5k on Tuesday and won't be running again until Saturday. I'm trying to save up my strength and not hurt myself since I have a 5k race that day. I'm hoping and praying that I will beat my first 5k's time from November!
I have been keeping up with the squat challenge and have added push-ups to the mix. My arms have always been a problem area for me so I try to bust out as many as I can in my free time. I'll do 20 here, 10 there, yesterday I busted out 100 total!
