Fish out of water.

I feel like a fish out of water and quite frankly overly-busy (is that a correct term?) with everything I have going on.

I joined a new gym last week and I am out of my normal routine of working out in a gym. Since June I have been doing dvds at home and running. I have gone twice to the gym since joining and I seriously feel like I did last year when I first started lifting weights. I walk around confused and basically make an ass of myself.

Thankfully, there aren’t many people who have witnessed my confusion but it’s still embarrassing to say the least. I am still on track as far as my half marathon training goes. So there’s that.

I have a 5k planned for Saturday which is followed by a little fair thing afterwards hopefully they have toddler friendly things. I read that they are supposed to have a jump house. I wonder if it’s for the adults too ;)

The next 3 weekends are full of plans I’m already tired just thinking about them…From baby showers, to friends’ kid’s birthday parties, to 5k Races, to a western themed festival. One of those days I have 2 places to be at around the same time so we will see how much of a super mom I think I am. On top of training/weight lifting, spending quality time with my family OHHH yeahhh I stupidly volunteered to plan && throw my little cousin’s 3rd birthday party at the end of October.

Is it just me or does each weekend feel like it’s feast or famine? No just me?!? Ok then..

One thing I love about fall is that most of my favorite shows are coming back on!!! Even though with everything going on I won’t get to watch them till a few days after airing I’m still excited! Sons of Anarchy started last week even though I missed the last 30mins of the first episode thanks to the infuriating satellite service I later read about what happened online. And this week the show New girl starts, love me some Zooey Deschanel, she is so funny, and awkward, and stylish. Next week is a double whammy Nashville AND Grey’s Anatomy comes on! Whoop Whoop!
