Juicing adventures

Yesterday I ate the worst foods possible, I ate out twice (Long John Silvers and Taco Bell), and I ate several handfuls of candy corn all for one reason, to fast for one entire week. I wanted to enjoy my last few meals before I couldn't eat solids for an entire week!!!!!

 I will be juicing all day errrday, well for one week at least. Last night I went to the store and bought a ton of fruits and vegetables. I already made a list of everything I would need a couple weeks ago and looked up different juicing recipes on Pinterest. I bought a new juicer seeing how my old one bit the dust because I bought the cheapest juicer ever after only using it for a couple of months.

 I juiced 4 different recipes each in 20oz bottles and will be making 2 more to drink after work. I heard from other juicers on television ;) that they drink about 5-6 juices a day when they are fasting. I’m pretty sure that after this week I will despise drinking any and all liquids as well as going to the bathroom. It will be tough to get in my gallon of water a day on top of drinking my meals. Ugghhhhh

I forgot to weigh myself before I left the house so thankfully there is a handy scale at my work place. I didn’t want to be the one to take a picture of my weight but I did. I was hoping I would remember this morning and be able to close my eyes and have the hubs take a pic so I wouldn’t know until after the fast but what can you do. I didn’t eat or drink anything before I weighed so there’s that.

I will be posting my results sometime next week. I also took a couple of “before” pictures thank you timercamthey are not flattering in the least bit but I was also in a hurry and forgot to pick out a decent outfit last night like I usually do.

This morning I woke up with an awesome  headache and I don’t know if the juice is making it worst or not. I do know after watching the movie Fat Sick and Nearly Dead on Netflix the first couple of days will be the worst with my body detoxing from all the processed/salty foods that I have consumed.  I will keep you updated on how I’m feeling, what recipes I like, and which ones I regret making. I’m doing this to hold myself accountable and hopefully will be able to not pass out finish this successfully.

I do know you are suppose to drink them fresh and seeing how I made them before bed last night some of them that tasted good last night aren't tasting as good today. uck!
This was breakfast. One carton of Strawberries and about 3 apples. Yum!

This is a morning snack. It's about 8 Carrots, a tomato, and  2 oranges. Tasted good last night today it is nastyyy!

I have to drink them with a straw... otherwise I couldn't drink them!
