I promised that I would keep you updated keep myself held accountable by keeping ya’ll updated on my eats every day. Like I have said before I am a creature of habit if it wasn’t for my family I would probably eat the same meals every day for several months. For the last week I have eaten pretty much the same things except for yesterday and I will be filling ya’ll in.
Breakfast: 6am protein bar

Morning snack: yogurt or another protein bar or oatmeal a cup of hot green tea and maybe a handful of Halloween candy OOOPS!!!!


Lunch: this week I have been hungry for lunch because I haven’t been eating oatmeal as much but if I eat oatmeal I’m usually not hungry. So I have been going home and eating scrambled eggs (1egg 2egg whites) topped with a handful of shredded cheddar cheese and several tablespoons of Louisiana hot sauce. Fun fact: I never really like Louisiana hot sauce until recently because I thought it was too hot now I think it is spicy but not too hot.

Afternoon snack: this week I have been eating another handful of candy corn or two but normally I don’t eat much candy! I have been trying to eat a tablespoon or two of peanut butter and/or another yogurt.
Dinner: Is different almost every night because my cousin-in-law who lives with us usually cooks something unhealthy and I try to keep my portions small.
Workout: 3-4x a week I do circuit training for an hour at the gym and 2x a week (on the weekends) I run per my training schedule
Post workout: I eat another protein bar or protein shake.
Monday I came home and got treated to Carl’s Jr so I got a famous star with large fries and yesterday I went and ate at a local Chinese buffet. Even though I shouldn’t have eaten out I didn’t stuff myself stupid so I was overall proud of my YOLO-ing. Hahah
