I'm a bloated turkey.

We celebrated Thanksgiving last Monday and even though that was a guilt free day and I ate how I was supposed to everyday afterwards I am still bloated from it and that was like a week ago!

That just goes to show how much salt is in all that delicious food and I have managed to drink a gallon or more of water every.single.day!

I didn't workout at all after my half marathon till Friday night and I got in a successful 1 1/2 hour total body workout.

It's insane to me that when I began this 'journey' I loved cardio! Like with a passion! I used to go to the gym and do about 40minutes of cardio and maybe 20 minutes of weight lifting. I super disliked weights. And now? It's the complete opposite! I can run for hours outside but put me on a treadmill and I get bored almost instantly! It doesn't matter what is on any of the televisions or any music I play it is seriously like pulling teeth.

I realize I need to add more cardio to my workouts to reach my goal weight...

I was pretty lazy during my 4 day weekend. I had huge plans to get Christmas decorations out in full force on Saturday  and Sunday but I ended up getting sick on Saturday from one of my friends kids whom I watched all day due to them having a family emergency. And I still don't feel back to normal... ughhhhh 

One minute I feel queasy, have a headache, cold chills, and pains in my stomach and the next I'm sweating, and everything is fine. This is not fun. Bah-hum-bug!
