I'm working on not thinking about how much I miss my family and bed but to enjoy my time alone and to get stuff done that I have been putting off.
I maybe a little crazy but I made a schedule so I will stick to my plans.
I have plans like my last trip where I will workout each day 2-3hrs a day every day except Sunday and Friday due to traveling.
Sunday I got in the city dropped my stuff off at the hotel and then jetted to Golden Corral. I ate there once during my last trip and since I don't learn a lesson the first time I had to make the same mistake for a 2nd time. I ate soooo much that I was very ill. I felt like every move I made was going to cause me to throw up. I hate it when I eat that much but I don't guess I'm mentally ready to go to a buffet and not try to "eat my money's worth".
After stuffing myself to the point of
stupidity I went back to the hotel and laid around all worthless and stuff for a few hours. Once I felt semi-normal again I headed down to the gym and did a mix of the elliptical and bicycle for an hour.

I brought my blender and protein products and decided I was going to make smoothies or shakes whenever possible. Not only to save money but to be healthier.
I have been taking the stairs instead of the elevator. I went so far as to ask to be on the top floor so I will get just a smidged more exercise a day.
