I have been absent since my last post because of 2 reasons... 1) My laptop shit out on me so I will now have to make posts from my phone.. 2) I fell off the wagon and have been off of it for oh about a week and a half.. Im not too happy with myself.
I was trying the Harris-Benedict equation but all that did was make me turn to shit food to up my calories. I was being stupid about it and am trying to get back on track. I seem to have this routine of doing really good for 3-4 months then a 2 week binge on anything that I can get my hands on. Im sure the equation works but mentally it wasn't a great idea for me.
It doesn't help that the hubs and I have been hanging out with some mutual friends who are in college and eat nothing but Junk and have bodies that I only dream about having. Hanging out with them and their kitchen full of nothing but chocolate, chips, and frozen dinners.. shoot me in the face! ugh.
I have also decided not to weigh myself for at least a week but I'm hoping Ivan stay strong for 2 weeks. I started not weighing Friday..
Hopefully I will have better posts soon!
We all "take breaks" as I call it. Now it's just time to get back at it. You can do it!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard having friends that can eat whatever they want. I try to fill myself with healthy stuff before getting into the temptation. Although it doesn't always help!
