I have about 50 days till my weight loss Anniversary so I have to get these last 23 pounds off "biggest loser style" I thought it was sooner than that but I dug threw some old records and found that I started counting calories on April 18, 2012 BUT didn't actually start to try a "healthier lifestyle" till May 1, 2012 so that is my actual anniversary date.
My game plan is to:
-do 2-a-day workouts 5-6x a week. Im going to workout about 5am and again each evening.
-Not eat out AT ALL till the anniversary date.
-Try my damnedest to eat as little amounts of sweets as possible (this will be the hardest one!)
-Stay within my calorie range MFP 12-1600 cals a day.
-Stay positive and confident that I will meet my goal.
-Make sure I drink at least a gallon of water a day... no excuses!
-Stay focused and not let people peer pressure me into going off course.
