Rules for the gym:
1. Be confident, even if you have no idea what the hell you are doing or how a machine works. Ask someone that works at the gym or a gym goer who looks friendly. We are all there for the same reason and I haven't ever heard anyone be rude or not willing to help another person at the gym. Endorphins are high and people are alot nicer there. Honestly I went to the gym I go to now on and off for several years
2. If you are sick or have a fever low grade or not DO NOT GO TO THE GYM! No one wants your germs!!!!! If you are that dedicated do some workouts at home!
3. If you don't want to follow rule #2 then at least have the politeness to cover your damn mouth if you have to cough! One guy worked out on a machine next to me he looked AWFUL and kept turning his head to cough and that direction he chose was MINE! I lost control and shouted at him to cover his damn mouth!
4. Wear headphone or ear buds to the gym. The tvs are best when on mute too! I listen to my music at a pretty loud volume and for some reason people think that the tvs in the gym should be at a movie theater volume level. And then other people try to compete and see whose can be the loudest AND THEN when they are done working out they leave them unattended on those ridiculously loud volumes!!!!!! Even though my music is on loud I can still hear those tvs LOUD AND FREAKING CLEAR PEOPLE!!!!
5. After using any and all equipment make sure to wipe down everything that ANY part of your body touches! I wipe down even the bike seats because I sweat like a man at the gym and I know my sweat is all up on that!
6. Don't slam barbells or grunt really loud. I have seen women do this too. It is mainly for attention and no one wants to hear that!
7. Make a plan before you go to the gym about how long you want to do each machine for and what part of your body you are really wanting to work on. For me each week I switch it up and try to listen to my body. If I have alot of energy or frustration I'll do each cardio machine for 15-30 minutes each. If I'm tired I'll work on upper or lower body each machine for about 5 minutes each. I know what machines I like and if I get bored with the machines I look up workouts I can do online with free weights.
8. If you plan on lifting weights make sure to buy some gloves. The cheapest I found were at walmart for like $5, they will help with not getting callus on your hands (I learned that the hard way)
Alright enough of my venting I found these little gems that my small town walmart FINALLY decided to start carrying!! WHOOP WHOOP! I'm so excited! Now if only we could get some health food stores in that actually carrying more awesome things like these my life would be complete!

Are bee keepers known as farmers?? I don't know but I'm trying to support whatever they are called as much as possible! And I have yet to try this honey but I'm pretty excited about it. I have heard in the past that if you eat local honey that you will have less problems with allergies??? We will find out!

| This is soooo good! I just wish it wasn't so high in calories! |
I have a race that I have been wanting to do since I started running and of course I hurt my foot last sunday when I was running late for work. It still really hurts and I haven't gotten much training in because of it so I'm really disappointed and worried that it won't get better in time 34days. I have mostly had it in a ankle wrap that helped the last time this happened but it hasn't ever hurt to this level for this long before. Prayers accepted and appreciated!
