I know I'm not a good blogger and that's ok... I started blogging to mainly vent and most of the time I feel like Jenna on Awkward. But if this random blog full of ADD-ness helps just one person on their "journey" then that's all that matters to me!
it's been a week since my last post Im not going to lie I have been lazy! Lazy with my blogging, exercising, have been hitting the snooze button more but I have been making better food choices (aside from yesterday).
Last night my friend gave me an elliptical, I have a cold and even though I woke up super early I chose not workout. When I'm sick I always feel the worst right when I wake up so I have decided to wait until my lunch break to use it. Since I changed jobs almost a month ago I lost my awesome free gym membership and have considered seriously signing up on my own even though I'm a penny pinching fool just might have to take the leap for my sanity.
Im going to start making posts about short term goal and my highs and lows of the day!
I may not stick to them 100% but it's the effort that counts! No more being lazy!
My short term goals:
-make sure to get a gallon and a half of water A DAY!
-Make sure to workout TWICE a day no matter how big or small the workout might be!
-Don't stress! the scale is a mean whore and that wont ever change and focus on how your clothes fit!
-Cook more! my poor husband has had to learn how to make hamburger helper to survive! I have been mainly snacking on healthy foods and not really cooking or baking.
