I walked into this after my lunch and my inner fat girl shouted, "Yay lets fuck some shit up!" But my outer thin(ner) girl said, "Hold the phone you have a goal, don't fall off the wagon... AGAIN!" So as These two fought in my head arguing the pros and cons of the cinnamon rolls and several types of chips and dip I ate a handful of various fruit, had 3chips with a tiny amount of dip on each one, and ate a couple pieces of cheese. So I consider that a huge WIN!!!! I saved some cookies and a cinnamon roll for today as a reward for being so good yesterday. I sat at my desk and thought about it before anything touched my lips and decided to eat a couple of the cookies and a bite of the roll and tossed them another WIN!!!
I see ^^ that picture all over FB and Instagram and I can't stand it! If I'm supposed to be good 100% of the time and the fact that I don't have tons of money to buy "things" to constantly reward myself and food is cheap!. Also, I am more likely to accomplish the goals I set for myself if I set some type of food or to go out to eat as a reward... i.e. the cookies and bite of Cinnamon roll. Reward yourself however YOU want to there is no right or wrong way! Do what works for YOU, it is YOUR JOURNEY!
My clothes have been kind of tight the last week and today they are pretty loose! Whoop whoop!
Im not having a good hair day so I just covered my face. I have always felt like a boy with my hair up unless its a big messy bun which sadly I can't do till my 4th grader hair cut grows out. I liked my hair cut for the first week I had it but ever since then I can't seem to fix it right and it just annoys me.
I didn't workout this morning but plan on getting a good one in in the morning since I will be baby free till tomorrow afternoon.
