This weeks highs & lows

Here are this weeks highs and lows so far.

Monday I woke up at 4:45am got to the gym and did an hour workout before work! I didn't hit the snooze button once!!! whoop whoop! On my lunch break I went to a new gym and am doing their one week free trial it was an awesome workout and a nice change! At some point after that my back was in excruciating pain and I ended up going home and laying on a heating pad till bedtime and then sleeping on it through the night.

Tuesday I woke up and it felt a little bit better but I'm so scared of ever having back surgery that I decided not to workout but I listened to my body and ate mostly healthy all day! And I'm confident in my choices for the day.

This morning, Wednesday, I woke up at 5am to workout but my back still isn't a 100% I then proceeded to hit snooze. I'm now unsure if I will workout today. The back is so vital to walking, moving, lifting, etc that I am fearful of doing anything to harm that body part. My back has hurt pretty frequently since I got pregnant but not to this level for a while now so I'm considering not lifting anymore till I am confident that my back is better.

My goals for just today is to eat no candy all day! I work in an office and there is candy at almost every twist and turn so it will be hard task. And to drink a gallon and a half of water while thinking before I eat.
Hopefully making daily goals will help me to stay on track more! What do you do to help you stay on track?
