Y'all may not know this about me but I'm obsessed with Halloween! It's my favorite holiday!! What could be better than being able to dress up and pretend to be something or someone else for a day/night and people willingly give away candy to strangers... for free!
I normally look for a costume for the next year right after Halloween night. I haven't worn a costume since college (like '05) because of my body insecurities but I still look!. The hubs and I even bought costumes last year but I was so miserable with how I felt about my body that I decided not to wear it and the hubs didn't want to dress up alone so we wore regular clothes. So right now I'm looking for the baby a costume.
This year I WILL wear a costume that is tight fitting and hopefully will like how I look. I have a few ideas but I'm not going to say what they are.
So I have a couple ideas on top of the costume from last year(hopefully that one will be wayyy too big to wear this year!)
My plan so far is to get in 2 workouts a day 5 days a week, To replace one meal a day with a protein shake, and to try my hardest to not eat sweets but only a couple times a week.
I believe In myself that I can do this... at least that I'll get most of my weight off anyways.
