well I may or may not have spread myself too thin but I have given myself 3 challenges for the entire month of October.
1. no fast food2. do a Jillian Michael's dvd every day.
(I chose on sat- thurs to do 30 days shred and on Fridays cardio kickboxing) and hopefully lose 5lbs this month.
<- the picture is my calendar that I have to put a sticker on the day that I finish my workouts!
3. continue with C25k and do as many additional miles to train for my 1st 5k in November!!!! crazy bitch said what?? yep that's right I am officially going to do my 1st 5k!!! I have always wanted to do one and now I'm going to make that happen!
honestly my only worry is if ill need to shit during my race.
I know I can do all those challenges because I am no longer a quitter! I may have an off day or cheat sometimes but that doesn't mean I quit!!!
I kind of got freaked out yesterday I realized that my baby girl will be 1 years old in 4 1/2 short months. :( not only do I not want her to grow up this fast but I also made a goal for myself after I had her that I would lose 100lbs by her 1st birthday and I'm kind of scared I won't achieve that goal.
But even if I don't get to that finish line doesn't mean I'm going to stop or go back to my old habits because I won't! ever let myself get there ever again'
I have done better than what I would've imagined in just a few short months!!
2miles used to take me an hour..today it took me half that!!! I have found my BEASTMODE
I ran 3 minutes twice without stopping during my week 3 day 1 of C25k..definitely a first for me!
I made a goal to do 3 miles in 45 mins and gave myself a month to achieve it!! it only took 6days...now i need a new goal!! That's What's up!!

Great job girl and I am right there with you... 30DS everyday in October and I'm rocking the C25K too, W6D2 today. It's a long road ahead but we can totally rock it! Fast food used to be my big addiction... it's pretty much the reason I gained all this weight!

DeleteI know what you mean I used to eat McDonalds or taco bell 3 or more times a day and would drink a liter or 2 of pop a day! Can you imagine how many calories I ate? It disgusts me now but I didnt care back then!
