I know all I have to do is just keep going but I'm tired of being concerned with how many calories a day I'm eating and how much exercise I get each week/day all for my hard work and sacrifices not to pay off on that stupid little screen.
My 'skinny' clothes are fitting better and I'm feeling a thousand times better now than I did a year ago so why doesn't the number just give in??
I lost 80 why, oh why can't I lose the last 20?
I just needed to vent.
I will continue to do what I have been doing with healthy eating and exercise and hopefully will have a more uplifting and motivating post for you all soon.
