Fridays are always crazy busy at work and it's pretty much guaranteed that I'll get off work 15-30minutes late which is fine. I came home and relaxed with the family and went to bed early (like 8-ish)we were all exhausted.
Saturday I woke up around 6:30am wanting to go workout but that didn't happen so I pretty much cleaned the entire house awaiting the in laws who were picking up the baby for the night. We planned to go to a dinner and go see the new Iron Man (2-D) movie. We decided to go to the early showing at 4pm since this is the first weekend it's out with the next showing being at 9pm and knowing I would fall asleep at the late one. I gave myself a pass to eat shit all day and I love me some theater hot dogs and nachos!! By the time we got out of the movie I was stuffed and the hubs wasn't hungry so I went to the gym since I haven't really gotten to workout since Monday which probably wasn't the best idea i felt sick the entire time.After the gym we just relaxed and enjoyed our baby free time.
Sunday I woke up at 8am went to the gym for an hour and 40 mins and came home cleaned while the hubs still slept. Took over a 2 hour nap and then the baby came home and we played.
I would say it's been a productive and relaxing weekend. My back still isn't back to normal so I'm still taking it easy and watching what workouts I do (no planks or heavy lifting) so I don't make it any worst but I just can't not workout. It makes me anxious and depressed...it's my medicine.
Yesterday was the last day of the 30 day squat challenge. I didn't follow it like I should have but I tried to do no less than 50 squats a day but it was usually more. And I can definitely tell a huge difference and will continue doing these regularly.
