I haven't wanted to say anything till now because I didn't want to set another goal(s) then not be able to accomplish and feel like a failure...again.
So here goes.
1) I started yoga! Even though I have only done them for 2 short weeks I have become more flexible, less stressed, my balance has improved tremendously, and every couple of days I would need the hubs to pop my back (between my shoulder blades, that's where I hold my stress) to relieve pressure. And I haven't needed him to since starting yoga!
I have had the Yoga for beginners since 2009 and could only do a couple of minutes of one 10min workout!!! Now I can do 3 of the 4 almost perfectly!
2) I have realized I have gotten into a pretty bad addiction to chips, Pringles to be exact. So I wanted to go at least 2weeks without any. I'm proud to say I only had one slip up and ate a serving (15chips) of Pringles and haven't touched them since! Go ME!!!!
I have given up my addictions to fast food, pop, and now chips!!! I'm dying to eventually get rid of my addiction to sweets, chocolate mainly!
3) I am now training for a half marathon in November!!! I'm extremely terrified but I know I can do ANYTHING I put my mind to! I researched and found out that I have a shin splint in my left leg that I thought was just a pulled muscle and it has slowly been healing. I'm wanting to get as toned and strong as possible before then!
