First of all I have to say it's crazy to me how much I have changed in 3 short years.

| I loved my long hair but hated how it looked on me! I felt like it was a coat I couldn't take off and made me look bigger than what I was. |
3 years ago I was 23 and the hubs and I had only been dating just shy of 2 months. I was a pretty big party girl. I had/have never done any drugs but I was a well known lover of alcohol. I was a lover of drinking games especially beer pong. I was responsible as far as bills and living on my own went but if I was not at work you could almost guarantee that I was out with some friends for a good time. I had exercised here and there but honestly I thought it was such a waste of time. I hated making the time to go and really the only times I went were when I was single to try to pick up the fellas. Which coincidentally never happened. I ate out almost every meal and didn't cook at home very often. I loved to sit around and be lazy and watch tv for hours a DAY!

Now I'm 26 and I'm a fitness freak, runner, and I try my hardest to be healthy
I am kind of disappointed in myself though so I'm trying to cheer myself up by writing this post.
I haven't taken measurements of my body since June and sadly I have gained several inches. I honestly believed that I had lost a lot of inches since then. I know it all has to do with my eating habits. I have the working out and running down but my eating can use a lot of work.
Saturday I set out to run 10 miles.
I just realized that I am actually a few weeks ahead of my running schedule.
I honestly couldn't get into my run and ended it at 7 miles. I am not going to focus on the fact that I didn't get in those extra miles I'm solely going to focus on the fact that I woke up at 6am on a holiday weekend and busted out that many miles!!

| Ugh I want to lose that tire around my waist |
I wish that it was socially acceptable to wear workout clothes all day.everyday. Even to work! Yep I just said it! I personally think I look better in workout clothes vs. nice clothes or lounge clothes.
Also I realize that a holiday weekend used to mean sleeping in and being lazy all weekend. Now it means waking up early to watch cartoons with the children and cleaning an extra day.
