I officially lost 80lbs and sadly gained about 15 of those pounds back
I ran 5-5ks and 1-half marathon.
I sprained my ankle for the first time in August.
I lost myself and it took half the year to figure out most of my problem again.
I experimented and tried many different foods that I NEVER would've eaten/drank before.
- Bell peppers
- kale
- spinach
- broccoli
- Turkey smoked sausage, breakfast sausage, and ground.
- red potatoes
- cilantro
- spinach
- parsley
- rutabaga
- beets
My goals for this new year
- to run at least 10 races.
- to complete at least 1 half marathon
- By the end of the year be able to fit into almost all of the clothes I already own.
- to learn how to walk in heels.
- to wear a bikini at a pool or lake without a cover up.
- to wear an outfit with leggings..comfortably.
- to wear a dress..comfortably.
- to do at least one obstacle course run or mud run
- to wear a pj onsie comfortably
- to decorate the house for every major holiday.
- to take Christmas card pictures and feel comfortable in them
